About the Role:
Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Install & Delivery Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering and installing appliances with care and precision. Installation of dishwasher and microwave knowledge is required.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport major appliances to customer locations.
- Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation.
- Inspect appliances for defects before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in logistics or delivery is a plus.
