About the Role:
Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist in Toledo, OH! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers' appliances are installed perfectly.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver major appliances to customer locations while ensuring proper handling and care.
- Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during delivery and installation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure appliances are functioning properly post-installation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Maintain van and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
- Document delivery and installation processes accurately for record-keeping.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and installation techniques.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Background check and drug screening required.
