You must have 3-5 years experience working for another Major Appliance Repair Company with references.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts necessary for repairs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
